Effective September 17, 2026

Using the service

By using this website, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, unlawful activities, or attempts to disrupt the website.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your secret keys, verifying the website address, maintaining an accurate device clock, and securing your device and clipboard. Keep recovery codes provided by your account service in a separate safe place. We do not retain keys and cannot recover them.

Compatibility and availability

The tool supports standard time-based one-time passwords with the settings listed on the authenticator page. It does not support every authentication system. Codes may fail when settings, time, or secrets do not match. Availability and compatibility are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party services

Account providers have their own policies and terms. 2FA Go is independent and is not endorsed by services whose codes you generate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted here with an effective date.
